RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Contact diogolourenco.mkt@gmail.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

Items may be tried on for fit but should not be worn or washed. You pay return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We may wait until we receive the item or proof of return. For full-order cancellations, standard original delivery charges are also refunded.

Faulty or incorrect item? Contact us so we can resolve it at no cost to you. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
